Our condo is situated in Los Balcones on the 4th floor, which is one of several buildings built to accommodate guests who want the privacy and comfort of their own residence but still take advantage of the hotel's amenities. Los Balcones is located directly behind the resort facilities and just steps away from the beach and marina. Our rental residence is a 1,500 square foot three bedroom, three bath condo with maids room. It sleeps eight comfortably. There is a dining-living room overlooking the sea, with a circular 200 square covered deck. There are two elevators in the building which also includes a private pool and gardens.
